This Privacy Policy explains how ToolUltra Pro ("we", "us", "our"), available at www.toolultrapro.com, handles information when you visit the site. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we do not collect
All tools on this site (word counter, calculators, converters, password generator and others) are executed entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The content you type, paste or calculate — including text, dates, financial figures and generated passwords — is never transmitted to our servers, stored or logged. When you close the page, that data is gone.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit ToolUltra Pro certain information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools. This may include:

We use this aggregate data to understand which tools are useful, fix problems and improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally.

Tool inputs are never collected, so there is nothing to retain. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
9. Children's privacy
The site is a general-audience utility website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to contact form messages). To exercise these rights, reach us via the contact page and select "Privacy request".
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
